If you're tired of going to your 20 Group with nothing fixed, or with the hope of not being on the right or bottom of the page, then let's change that! I have been a member of a 20 Group and a Moderator and consultant with the other one. If you want more, then wait no longer. Let's talk today about making those changes that will propel you to the top of the page or all the way to the left side. Most of the time, the department. has failed by death by a thousand cuts. One small cut has led to another and another, and now you don't know where to start to get back on track. Here's the great news- I've done this a lot, I'm not guessing, and I won't be overwhelmed. Most of all, I don't come in and play the wait-and-see game. I get to work!
We start with Culture first. I will come in and get everyone back on the same page. We all know I can come in and say the same thing you've been saying, but with me, they will listen...because it's different. I won't mince words, but I don't need to club them over the head....at least not yet.
Knowing there are stubborn people, sacred cows, fixtures, and prima donnas, I will navigate this quite quickly, as I am a force and very hard to say no to.
Everything is a sale and I don't miss. I will reinstall the way you want things working and make all of your people feel as if they chose it to happen. I will mentor your managers on how to maintain and grow the culture.
We will choose the areas bothering you the most first. You want more ELR, then let's get it. Do you want more appts, more ELR, more shop efficiency? Well...I thought you'd give me something I can't handle.
